During Peak Season (May- October), weekend rates are $5,500. Our off peak weekend rate is $3,500. This includes exclusive use of our barn, porch, pool area, DCSC after hour club, and ceremony location. Use of space begins at 3 p.m. on Friday and concludes at 11 a.m. on Sunday (or 11am on Monday if its a holiday weekend)

Sunday afternoon weddings are available during all non-holiday weekends for a $2,500 site fee during peak season and $1,500 during off peak season. Sunday receptions begin at 3 p.m.

There is a $10,000 Food & Beverage minimum for all wedding events.

We can host events for more than 200 people. Our barn can comfortably host up to 60 people as a combined space for a seated dinner and a dance floor. Parties with more than 60 guests must rent a tent for the seated dinner. In this scenario, the barn is utilized for the bar, lounge and dancing. The barn can also serve as the rain location for the ceremony, when not being set up and utilized for the seated dinner.
