Gather and be inspired. Built by hard-working New England farmers 160 years ago, our barn stands in lofty and quiet beauty, evoking honesty, strength and Yankee determination. The big barn has 2000 sq. ft. of sky lit open space for retreats, reunions, and workshops, plus a separate 450 sq. ft. seminar room, breakout areas, and kitchen.

The perfect place to host a wedding ceremony or a party, this four-season screened in porch lets in cool breezes in the summer. In the winter, we drop the plexiglass and light the fireplace so you can enjoy the view of the outdoors no matter what the temp outside.
The Down County Social Club, or as we like to call it, the DCSC, is our speakeasy style venue hosts small concerts and open mic nights.
Located in The Stagecoach Tavern, this private dining room and lounge area seats groups of 15-20. You can gather for a private dinner or meet some of your new lodge friends for happy hour.
The Farm at Race Brook Lodge is our newest project. In the spring of 2012 we began to grow our own fresh, organic vegetables for The Stagecoach Tavern and our in-house event catering. The farm is also a venue for education programs in organic agriculture, permaculture design and ecological sustainability.
High on the slopes of Mount Race, this spacious 4-bedroom villa offers sweeping east-facing views. In the early hours, the house floods with morning light and sunrises are spectacular. The inviting, creative design invokes a true sense of retreat.
The Sky Lounge is an outdoor gathering space that is great for BBQs and dancing under the stars. It is perched above the farm, so during the day you can see sprawling views of the Farm. At night the sky view is to die for.
The Yurt is located on the Farm Grounds. It was built by hand and hosts various events from retreats to meetings to class on agricultural studies.
