Our family-run historic lodge located in the heart of the picturesque Berkshires offers 31 guest rooms, hiking trails and waterfalls, versatile gathering spaces, and a tranquil ambiance for a truly magical getaway. We offer a variety of wedding packages aimed to bring every couple’s vision to life, including the unique opportunity to gather for the whole weekend, enjoying extended quality time with close friends and family. There are countless activities on and off-site, and we are happy to provide any catering services or other amenities for your group. Our diverse staff provides a welcoming space for all, and we are deeply committed to helping you curate the wedding of your dreams.

WEDDING DETAILS
We offer both indoor and outdoor venues that allow us to create fully customizable events for any size party up to 200+ people.
The barn can comfortably host up to 60 people as a combined space for a seated dinner and a dance floor. Parties with more than 60 guests must rent a tent for the seated dinner, and the barn space can be set up for drinks, lounging and dancing and can serve as a rain location for the ceremony.
Peak season weekend site fee is $10,500 (May–October) | Off-peak weekend site fee is $6,500 (November–April)
This includes exclusive use of our barn, porch, pool area, DCSC after-hours speakeasy, and ceremony location. Use of space begins at 3 pm on Friday and concludes at 11 am on Sunday (or 11am on Monday if it’s a holiday weekend). One-day wedding events on midweek afternoons and evenings are possible during all a $4,000 site fee during peak season and $2,500 during off-peak season— Single-day Sunday events begin at 3pm. Our 29-room inn is reserved for wedding weekend guests, please contact us for more details on lodging requirements.

CATERING AND MENUS
We offer seasonal farm-to-table catering prepared by our chef at the Stagecoach Tavern, as well as several hosted bar options.
All-inclusive food and beverage packages start at $148 per person.
We offer additional customizable menu options for buffets, multi-course plated service, and family-style dinner packages starting at $120-$140 per person.
Hosted bar packages start at $28 per person for beer & house wine and range up to $40 per person for our premium full bar, inclusive of Berkshire Mountain Distillery spirits and mixers. If you prefer to offer a cash bar, we are happy to arrange for that with a $500 set up fee.
