New Years Eve Dinner at The Stagecoach Tavern

Join us Sunday, December 31st a New Year's Eve dinner at the Stagecoach Tavern. We'll have home-made libations and the fire on to keep you warm and Resident Chef Andrea Soldini's delicious offerings menu includes a glass of Adami Prosecco. We are offering a $65 prix fixe menu that includes a glass of bubbly. Dinner guests also get free admission to our New Years’ Eve Roaring Twenties Celebration featuring live music by The Last of The Marsupials. Please see the Prix Fixe menu options below. We will have some alternatives on-hand for folks with dietary restrictions and kids. Please call us to inquire about alternatives.

Second Course (choice of):

  • FORADGED MUSHROOM STUFFED TORTELLI
    Romanesco cauliflower, potato chips, finger limes

  • SAFFRON RISOTTO
    Jumbo shrimp tartare, chives, meyer lemon

  • HERB-CRUSTED LAMB TENDERLOIN
    King oyster mushroom, raw 7 potatoes, albufera sauce

  • PAN ROASTED HALIBUT
    Sunchoke, glazed cipollini onion, brussel sprouts, hollandaise

  • Truffle arancini lobster mayo, smoked sea salt

First Course (choice of):

  • BELGIAN ENDIVE AND APPLE SALAD
    Caramelized walnuts, apples, honey, pecorino cheese

  • TRIPLE CREAMED BURRATA CHEESE
    Glazed Baby heirloom beets, chicory, vincotto

  • MAINE LOBSTER AND WILD SALMON ROE SALAD
    fingerling potatoes, truffle mayo, tiny mache

  • CHARRED HUDSON VALLEY FOIE GRAS
    Fresh horseradish, chives, maraschino cherry puree

Second Course (choice of): a cheeseburger or fresh Tagliatelle pasta with butter and cheese
