Niseema Dyan Diemer LMT, BCPP, SEP®

In over 17 years as a massage therapist and working with people’s energy, I have come to know that trauma is the 'ghost in the machine’. Anxiety, pain, fear, and hyper-vigilance are symptoms of a nervous system frozen in time. My trauma-informed work helps clients build the capacity and resources they need to gently release the freeze and all the energy it contains. I have seen my clients transform and become more grounded, present, and alive in their bodies. Education is at the core of my work and helps my clients fully understand why they feel the way they do. The tools they learn are for them to use for the rest of their lives.

Sunder Ashni SEP, FEP

Ashni is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with 17 plus years of experience working with energetic modalities and group facilitation. Ashni has a private practice at Minka. She facilitates 1 on 1 and group sessions, ceremonies, meditations and experiences permeated with love that cultivate radical awareness, appreciation of self and overall ecstatic wellness within participants and their community with the intention of re-cultivating a deep connection with our Earth mother.
