WE ARE FIXING UP THE ROOMS
AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We are re-starting our off-season Gift Card campaign raising funds to improve the rooms at Race Brook Lodge. Purchase a gift card of $500 or more and get EXTRA CREDIT towards a stay at Race Brook Lodge (starting June 2024). Our goal is to raise $100k this winter and complete the renovation of 12. rooms. We kicked off the campaign in January and we raised over $30k to toward that goal and that allowed us to renovate an initial room as a model and laboratory for the project. We will be circulating photos and info about that room (#19 the Dandelion Room) in the coming weeks!

Special thanks to all of our guests and community members who supported this project last year! It was great to see you at Race Brook Lodge over the summer. Sorry all the rooms were not renovated yet, but we continue to work toward that goal with your participation! This is a great opportunity to enjoy a discounted stay at Race Brook, or purchase credit for your friends and family. We will be happy to split up the credit into multiple gift cards, both physical and electronic gift cards are available.

Funds raised in this campaign will be directed towards the following improvements in our guest rooms:

• Bathroom renovation including tiling, painting, shelves and vanities, as well as new sink and shower fixtures!

• New beds, mattresses and custom-built furniture, including bedside tables, desks and loungy things.

• Refinishing walls and floor surfaces, and sound-proofing

• Updated artwork and window treatments

• Updated lighting and accessible outlets for your devices!

• Mini kitchenette installations for some lucky rooms

This first phase of the project will focus on the following rooms: Lodge rooms 2, 3 & 15, Sage Cottage rooms 16-18, Race Cottage rooms 19-21, And Caboose Cottage rooms 30-33. To date we have completed room 19 as our experimental first room and we are ready to move forward with the rest of the rooms on the list!

Don’t worry! We will not alter the vibe… and rest assured we will never lose our signature rustic and relaxed feeling. You can bet some things will still be a little rough around the edges in that way that we all love… It’s just that everything will be more comfortable and functional… and a little bit nicer! skip ahead to the form

Here’s our proposal

Until December 31st 2023, Contributions of $1,000-5,000 will get a 25% bonus, and contributions of $500-999 will get a 15% bonus! So, this means that if you purchase a gift card of $2,000, you will receive an extra $500 credit! a $500 gift card purchase will get an additional $100 credit). Starting January 1st, the bonus credit will be reduced 20% and 10% so don’t snooze on this! Please make your contribution now.

How It Works:

3. Once payment is received, we will send you an e-gift card by email. If you prefer a physical gift card in the mail, that can be arranged!

4. Come visit us and spend your credit any time after June 1st 2023! There won’t be any blackout dates, though it is subject to availability.
