Room status

Green = clean, red = dirty, orange = a guest is in. Tap a red room when you’ve cleaned it; tap a green room to mark it dirty again. Everyone sees the change. A room turns red by itself the morning after anyone sleeps in it. Nothing is done in an occupied room unless the guest asked.

Spaces & groups

Regular weekly duties · about 10 hours

Lodge common spaces & kitchen2–3 hrs

  • Organize the kitchen and clean the floor
  • Lodge lounge: vacuum, tidy furniture, clean surfaces
  • Vacuum the kids’ playspace
  • Help keep Dave’s living space clean

Tavern kitchen & dining2–3 hrs

  • Check and clean the dining rooms and Pine Grove Porch
  • Selective deep clean: windows, behind the bar
  • Kitchen floor and surfaces if needed; put away dishes
  • Coffee and tea station; check fridges for old food

Lodging areas3–4 hrs

  • Check all rooms: locked, heat adjusted
  • Housekeeping shed and linen storage organized; manage linens
  • Lodge basement storage neat

General property2–3 hrs

  • Walk around: front of property, Tavern patio, gazebo
  • Office floor and surfaces; trash and recycling out
  • Check the barn; send a Check In for supplies or repairs

Check In

Goes to the office list, which is read every hour from 7 AM to 11 PM. Repairs go on Curt’s list, supplies go on the next order, and anything else goes to Casey. Anything urgent: call or text Casey.
