Wellness & Activities Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and adventurous professional to lead our wellness programming and other onsite activities for guests at Race Brook Lodge.

Job Description Summary

Wellness offerings and outdoor activities are an important part of the hospitality vision for Race Brook Lodge. The position includes day-to-day operation, maintenance of on-site wellness facilities including sauna, swimming pool, bodywork and wellness treatment rooms. The position includes developing new wellness offerings as well as programming and overseeing the production of a full schedule of activities, such as yoga classes, guided hikes, farm tours, wellness workshops and culinary events. Experience in the wellness hospitality industry recommended.

Qualifications

  • Respect for the Earth and a desire to seek a harmonious coexistence with nature.

  • An interest in wellness hospitality and nature

  • Experience in hospitality and/or retail

  • General computer proficiency and ability to learn new software and technical tools

  • Specific experience in email, Google Docs and other internet skills

  • Attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills

  • A positive attitude and an interest in hospitality
