Membership Policies & Cost (Beginning July 9th, 2025)

• $50 per adult / $20 per child under 13

  • Good for 1 month from the date of purchase

• Day-passes will be available for $15 / $5 starting on Thursday, July 10th

• Memberships purchased with gift cards before July 9th will be honored until the expiration of 1 month since the last date of purchase.

• Members please call us each time to let us know they are coming, how many people they are bringing, and to check to make sure that the facilities are available (blackout dates apply).

Membership Benefits Include:

• Use of the pool

• Use of fire-pits in backyard and gazebo areas

• Use of on-site parking for hikes to Race Brook Falls and beyond

• Use of tables on Pine Grove Porch, backyard (except for dinner hours)

• Discounted access to the sauna, with appointment, for $15/hour

• Beverages and snacks available most of the time

• Guests must bring their own towels
