Thanks for your interest in our Holiday Market!
Basic Details ARE AS FOLLOWS:

We are looking for participants who offer a curated array of quality wares or services.

  • Your web or social media pages** must feature recent work with quality images representing what you will be offering at the Holiday Market

  • Each Vendor will have 6-8-foot space to setup a display. Tables and other display furniture will not be provided.

  • All vendors are responsible for processing their own sales

  • Vendors must help advertise the market via email, social media, and word of mouth. Vendor outreach must include 1 dedicated email to your email list and at least 5 social media posts related to the event.

  • Race Brook Lodge (RBL) will promote the Holiday Market via social media content and paid social media ads, our email list and local radio advertising. RBL will repost vendor content related to the market and create promotional content specific to each vendor on our own social media channels.

  • RBL is offering a 25% discount on overnight accommodations on December 1-4 for Holiday Market Vendors and their community. We will provide a promo code upon confirmation of your participation to share by email and social media.

*The booth fee is non-refundable and will be due by November 25th via check or ACH transfer

The Stagecoach Tavern at Race Brook Lodge offers a seasonal menu with a focus on local ingredients. The candlelit Tavern boasts hand-hewn beams and wide-plank floors spanning multiple levels. It has been a warm and convivial gathering spot for friends, families, and lovers for over 200 years. Cozy up by our roaring fire in winter months or in the summer relax with a drink under the stars in our courtyard.
