Basic Details ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Event Date: Saturday April 19th

  • Time: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

  • Setup Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

  • Location: Race Brook Lodge, 864 Undermountain Rd Sheffield, MA 01257

  • Booth Fee: $50*

We are looking for participants who offer a curated array of quality HAND-MADE GOODS.

  • Your web or social media pages** must feature recent work with quality images representing what you will be offering at the Spring Market

  • Each Vendor will have 6-8-foot space to setup a display. Tables and other display furniture will not be provided.

  • All vendors are responsible for processing their own sales

  • Vendors must help advertise the market via email, social media, and word of mouth. Vendor outreach must include 1 dedicated email to your email list and at least 5 social media posts related to the event.

  • Race Brook Lodge (RBL) will promote the Craft Market via printed posters and flyers, social media content, paid social media ads, and our email list. RBL will repost vendor content related to the market and create promotional content specific to each vendor on our own social media channels.

  • The booth fee is non-refundable and will be due by April 10th via check or ACH transfer
