Tap Madrus is Patrick Surdam, lead singer and guitarist of The Nice Ones.
Patrick's performances are a mixture of intimate, soulful interpretations of covers - from Hank Williams to Nina Simone - acoustic performances of Nice Ones' catalog, and Tap Madrus' original material. Tap Madrus performances are intimate, engaging, and captivating evenings with Patrick playing acoustic guitar, charango and singing. His impeccable guitar playing and lilting vocals come together to deliver a hauntingly beautiful evening of entertainment.
Tap Madrus has been a regular performer at DCSC for over 2 years. When not playing at DCSC, he can be found performing in local venues in Connecticut, New York City, and beyond. Follow Tap Madrus on Facebook for performances updates and on soundcloud.
