The Roughouts are the new sounds of oldtime Americana from the hills of the Berkshires. Six singers in the band make for a variety of songs, originals and covers, with harmonies and melodies. So distinctive, so fun: The Roughouts!

The Down County Social Club, beneath The Stagecoach Tavern restaurant, at Race Brook Lodge, convenes most Thursdays and at other times, featuring a handpicked selection of extraordinary and rare entertainment presented in an intimate New Orleans style speakeasy. Our live performances include music, dance, performance art, poetry and multimedia works. We also occasionally offer films and academically themed events.
