Samba is a Brazilian musical genre with deep African roots and it is the driving force of our repertoire. Quarteto de Samba presents Bossa Nova and Jazz instrumentals, Samba de Roda, and instrumental Choro. Samba de Roda is an Afro-Brazilian music genre for dancing and social gatherings. Choro is an instrumental Brazilian music genre that combines classical music form with the Brazilian samba flair.
