Is Terrace a ghost story, a murder mystery, a petite epic poem? Is it narrative or nonlinear, a photo book, art book, a poem or a song?

Originally composed and recorded by Natalie and Rhys Tivey in the summer of 2025, the Terrace song emerged spontaneously from an improvised studio session. Long after the original recording was devised, Natalie resurfaced the music and began creating a lyric book, interweaving the words of the song into visual design with photographs she had made in spring 2024 of Race Brook Lodge’s interiors and surrounding grounds.
