Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Dinner!
We're jumpstarting the holiday season by inviting you to have dinner with us at The Stagecoach Tavern Sunday December 24th (4-8 pm) and Sunday December 31st (5-9:30 pm)! We'll have the fire on and home-made eggnog will be available as well as a variety of delicious options created by our chef extraordinaire Laurel Barkan. Come put your feet up, have a few drinks, and stay warm in front of the fire!

Our Christmas Eve dinner menu includes:
Home-made eggnog
Choice of appetizer:
Cream of chestnut soup
Marinated beet salad
with Equinox mesclun, curry vinaigrette, candied pecans and Rawson Brook chevre
Choice of entree:
Pan roasted steelhead salmon
with black garlic miso butter, daikon radish, shiitake mushrooms and bok choy
Bourbon and maple glazed pork belly
with roasted rainbow baby potatoes and braised collard greens
Butternut squash and fennel gratin
served over toasted farro and pan roasted brussels sprouts
Choice of dessert:
Maple sweetened Pink Lady apple crumble
with your choice of Soco Vainilla Bean or Salted Caramel ice cream
Sticky toffee pudding with whisky crème anglaise
