Guest chef, Jean-Luc Kieffer returns from New York City to work his magic again in the kitchen at The Stagecoach Tavern June 8-11. He brings personalized specials like Duck-Leg Confit Cassoulet and inspired adaptations of Stagecoach Tavern favorites, including shepherd's pie, fish and chips and roasted Scottish salmon. Also on the menu this week: organic grass-fed striploin steaks from Creekstone Farms, Northeast Family Farm burgers, and local Mesclun greens from Equinox Farm, Rawson Brook Farm Monterey Chèvre &  Crimson Kraut.
