A devout student of the mind-body connection, Amy is a NYC and Hudson Valley-based yoga and meditation teacher, retreat leader, and mindfulness educator known for her authentic and accessible approach to the art of awareness.
With extensive training in the Integral and Anusara yoga methods, dedicated study of complementary modalities including Feldenkrais and functional movement, and a committed Vipassana meditation practice, she brings her extensive skills and more than 14-years experience to an array of students in diverse settings. Whether she's teaching private or group classes, working with youth, or facilitating retreats regionally and internationally, Amy is committed to offering accessible and transformative experiences to curious students of all ages..

Sandrine offers a process of awakening the senses, moving the body with mindful awareness, meditating in a trauma-informed approach, and connecting with nature. She is a trained facilitator in several modalities including Feldenkrais®, dance, mindfulness meditation, and Somatic Experiencing®.

Lev Natan, draws deeply from the spiritual wisdom traditions in his work with change-makers who care deeply about the web-of-life and are committed to social change. He offers practical and spiritual guidance for viable choices at home, work and in the community.
Gillian teaches a creative Vinyasa Yoga method, influenced by her many trainings in the field of alignment, anatomy, meditation and massage. With her passion for the art and craft of teaching Vinyasa and her keen attention to optimal alignment and breath expansion, she leads a soulful, inspiring and safe class for yoga enthusiasts of all levels.
Cory is a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Educator. Cory has served as the Lead Clinical Supervisor, and assistant to Dr. Vasant Lad at his Panchakarma facility in Pune, India where she developed and oversaw their world renowned Therapist Training Program. Currently, Cory is hosting Ayurvedic workshops and trainings in New York, Hawaii and India. She also maintains a private practice providing personalized health consultations and traditional Ayurvedic therapies.
Sarah Chase Natan She began her exploration of Chinese Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2002 and graduated with a masters degree in 2006 after spending over one year living and studying in southern China. Sarah is the founder of the Brooklyn Acupuncture Project.
H.D. Fisch (aka DCSC host Heather Fisch) is a certified hypnotist and holistic life coach, offering private and group sessions in hypnosis and re-wiring at Race Brook Lodge.
Saadia Shaaza is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner (trained under Dr. Vasant Lad), Birth and Postpartum Doula (DONA) and Ayur-Yoga Instructor, offering private Ayurvedic Health Consultations at Race Brook Lodge.
Combining her training in Ayurveda, Massage, and Yoga with her tremendous self-study Hannah crafts each massage session to fit you uniquely, attuning breath with movement, adjusting strokes and pressure, and choosing herbal oils and poultices to help you radiate as you step off of the table and into the pulse of the daily life.
