MELT: Masculine Emotional Leadership Training
with Dan Doty & Owen Marcus
This weekend men's workshop is for high-level men's work practitioners and initiated men to deepen their facilitation skills and become powerful leaders of men's groups and workshops. Experience in our Open Source or other men's programs is helpful but not necessary. Experience with deep inner work, group process, and somatic healing modalities are also great prior experiences that will allow you to dive right in. This weekend is the prerequisite to assist at our Evryman Open Source Retreats and Expeditions. If you are called to lead, for yourself, your family, and specifically in the community of men, this training is for you.
The workshop is a deep dive into both leading and experiencing somatic and emotional transformation while being supported and challenged by Owen Marcus, Dan Doty, and a few other senior community members. Where our Open Source weekends involve outdoor and social elements, this weekend will be an intensive and consistent exploration of how far our protocols can take us. There is a cap of 24 participants and this large group will be split into 2 groups of 12 for the majority of the weekend. Each man will have ample time to facilitate the rest of the group, ask questions, and dive into his own personal growth. It is a very intense and beautiful weekend.
