Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice that integrates gentle movement, controlled breathing, and focused intention to cultivate and balance qi—the body’s vital energy. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong is used to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness. It improves circulation, strengthens the immune system, reduces stress, and supports cardiovascular and respiratory health. Regular practice has been shown to lower blood pressure, ease chronic pain, and boost mood. Qi Gong is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, offering a holistic approach to wellness through mindful, flowing motion and breath.
