RBL HIKING PACKAGE

Race Brook truly is a HIKERS HEAVEN. There's really no better place to enjoy a quick hike to the falls or an all-day mountaintop adventure and then follow it up with some quality time at the campfire and a incomparable candlelit dinner at The Stagecoach Tavern. Chances are there will be a world-class musician performing while you’re here and you never know who you will run into on the trail or at the breakfast buffet! We are not kidding when we say Race Brook si the place where Nature and Culture meet. Come see for yourself!

The RBL hiking Package Includes

  • Overnight Accommodations

  • Three-Course Dinner at The Stagecoach Tavern, on one night

  • Grab n Go Lunch, one day (take it with you on the trail or enjoy it by the pool)

  • A Race Brook water bottle (the RBL tap water is the best!!)

  • Full Breakfast, each morning

    Two-night minimum stay

For specials and packages, we require a 100% advance deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need cancel with more than 48 hours notice we will issue a credit towards a future stay in the amount of your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee per room.

Your stay must include a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday Night when the Stagecoach Tavern restaurant is open. There is a two-night minimum stay for the Weekend Getaway Package.

The Main Lodge

Our rooms are carved out of a 19th century barns and a Federal style mansion, with other cottages and cabins. Continental breakfast is included. Hiking trails start right here on the property and extend up to the Race Brook Falls, Mount Everett, Mount Race and beyond. You can continue on the Appalachian Trail... all the way to Georgia, or north to Maine!

The Race Brook is a soothing presence, babbling right through the center of our property. Enjoy the sound of the brook from a hammock in the shade or spread out a blanket for a picnic on the lawn. Also enjoy volleyball and lawn games. In the summer, sometimes the brook dries up temporarily, allowing for adventures and scavenger hunts in the riverbed.

At The Stagecoach Tavern, visionary chef Laurel Barkan uses local ingredients whenever possible to create original interpretations of both traditional and exotic dishes. The Stagecoach is best known for it’s atmosphere, as diners revel in history of the centuries-old candlelit tavern.
