WELLNESS AND EMPOWERMENT AT RACE BROOK LODGE
Let us host you in an environment that is most conducive for cultivating holistic wellness, while facilitating the appropriate activities to leave you feeling inspired and empowered. From yoga + wellness escapes to corporate retreats to family events to study halls, we have room for it all. We love helping our friends create events and week-long retreats that leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Send us a message to determine availability.
Most of our staff have lived and worked in the city (NYC) for many years, having experienced first hand how the fast passed urban lifestyle can truly burn us out. And while we recognize our decisions to move to a more rural, natural setting may not be as easy for everyone else to make, it is our intention to hold space for you to at least get a taste of that rejuvenating slower pace that comes with living in accordance with nature.
Wake up to the sounds of the birds and the brook. View the stars at night. Cozy up by the fire-pit. Hike the trails. Take a dip in the waterfalls. Nap in a hammock. Get a massage. Stretch your body. Settle your mind. Make space to brainstorm your next big idea!
